I write first with great thanks. 50 is quite a number! I am not entirely sure how to make sense of the fact that so many people have found my emails and writing worth reading. Notwithstanding, I am honored and will continue to do my best to earn your attention.

I have been thinking about my future on Substack. I will continue to write as usual, but I am also interested in coming up with ways to involve you all more. Right now, Substack feels a lot like a monologue: about paradoxes, about memory, about forgetting, about self-knowledge. Cool topics, but I doubt my qualifications to preach about them. I want to, if possible, help make it more of a dialogue.

So here comes my question. How might you want to be involved going forward? What’s the biggest wall between reading a post of mine and asking a question about it? I want to knock that wall down.
